Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how:

1. Submit a return or exchange request by email to or through the contact form.

2. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. Try on the sandals on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept sandals returned with sole markings or scratches.

3. Pack the items in the order box and stick the return shipping label we provided you by email.

4. Call your local forwarder and book a collection.


Once the return has been checked you will receive an email that the returned product has been accepted. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
